Conclusion of Contract:
The product presentation in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt and acceptance of the order is sent immediately after the order by automated email. With this email confirmation, the purchase contract is concluded.
A valid contract is always conditional upon the successful completion of the ordering process and submission of the order.
Prices:
All prices listed in the shop are final prices in CHF, Euro or US Dollar, including the applicable VAT.
Shipping Costs:
Additional shipping costs apply to the indicated product prices. Details of shipping costs can be found with the offers or in the shipping cost overview of the online shop.
Payment:
Payment is made in advance or via other available payment methods.
Advance Payment:
When selecting advance payment, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and ship the goods after receiving payment.
Collection:
We deliver exclusively by shipping. Collection of goods is not possible.
Parcel Stations:
We do not deliver to parcel stations.
Retention of Title:
The goods remain the property of SG until full payment has been made.
Transport Damage:
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal rights, especially your warranty rights. However, it helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
Right of Withdrawal:
All relevant information regarding the conditions and consequences of your statutory right of withdrawal can be found on our withdrawal policy page. SG also provides a withdrawal form for exercising this right.
We exercise the option to charge you the regular return shipping costs if the delivered goods match the ones ordered.
Contract Text Storage:
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC by email. The GTC can also be viewed at any time on this page.
Returns and Exchanges:
There is generally no automatic right of return or exchange for hoof boots. An exchange is therefore not possible.
However, in cases of incorrect orders (e.g., measurement errors by the customer), a return is possible after consultation with SG customer service. A new order can then be placed.
Returns are only accepted for unused hoof boots including accessories in their original packaging. The customer bears the costs for shipping and packaging. Returns may only be made using the return form provided by SG.
Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for damages caused by improper use or installation of the product, as well as for damages to third parties or equines. The rider is responsible for third-party liability. Liability for normal wear and tear or wear parts is excluded.
For untimely damages occurring within the first 3 months (from the delivery date), liability is limited to the purchase price stated in the order confirmation.
Privacy Policy:
SG complies with the EU’s GDPR. All details can be found in our privacy policy.
We use the data you provide to process your order. Your data will be shared with the shipping company to the extent necessary for delivery (name, address, possibly phone number for coordinating delivery). Your payment data may be shared with our bank for payment processing. Your data will not be passed on to third parties or used for advertising purposes. Once the order is fully processed, your data will be blocked and deleted after the expiration of the tax and commercial retention periods.
When registering for the newsletter, your email address will only be used for this purpose with your consent until you unsubscribe.
Your personal data is encrypted during the order process using SSL, RSA 1024-bit encryption. We protect our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. Despite regular checks, complete protection against all risks is not possible.
You have the right to free information about your stored data as well as the right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data.
